§ 3-10-5-6 — Qualifications of delegate
Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 5 State Conventions Concerning United States
A candidate for delegate to a convention held under this chapter must be:
(1)a resident of the county; and
(2)a registered voter.
