§ 3-10-5-27 — Powers of convention

Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 5 State Conventions Concerning United States

The convention:

(1)is the judge of the election and qualifications of its members;
(2)may elect its president, secretary, and other officers; and
