Text
The delegates certified under section 23 of
this chapter shall meet in convention in the chamber of the Indiana
house of representatives on the third Monday following the election at
2 p.m. to pass upon the question of whether or not to ratify the
proposed constitutional amendment. A majority of the delegates elected
to the convention constitutes a quorum.
