§ 3-10-5-23 — Certification of delegates
Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 5 State Conventions Concerning United States
Not later than noon ten (10) days after the election, each circuit court clerk shall:
(1)certify the election of each delegate to the election division;
and
(2)deliver a certificate of election to each successful delegate.
