Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 11 Special Procedures for Certain Indiana Voters to Vote
This chapter:
(1)applies to a general, municipal, primary, school district, and
special election; and
(2)is enacted to implement Article 2, Section 2(c) of the
Constitution of the State of Indiana.
