Text
The circuit court clerk or board of registration
shall mail a copy of the affidavit to any voter who requests a copy not
later than five (5) days before election day. If the voter returns the
affidavit to the office of the clerk or board before the day of the general
election, the affidavit shall be processed as if the affidavit had been
executed in the office.
