§ 3-10-1-3 — Date of primary

Indiana·Art. 10 PROVISIONS GOVERNING CERTAIN TYPES OF·Ch. 1 Primary Elections in General Election Years
A primary election shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in May of each year in which a general election is held. [Pre-1986 Recodification Citation: 3-1-9-4 part.]
