§ 309 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 99th General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago are extended to include within those corporate limits the following described tract of land and the tract is hereby annexed to the District: THAT PART OF HIGGINS ROAD (ILLINOIS ROUTE 72) LYING WITHIN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 33 AND THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 32, ALL IN TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, EAST OF THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ELGIN, JOLIET AND EASTERN RAILWAY, SOUTH OF THE NORTHERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF STATE ROUTE 72 PER DOCUMENT 12059405 AND AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF SURVEY RECORDED AS DOCUMENT 12647596 AND NORTH OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
