Members of the Board shall hold office during their term of office as the Village President of Hindsboro, on the Hindsboro Village Board of Trustees or on the Bowdre Township Board of Trustees. If any member appointed to the Board pursuant to this amendatory Act of 1988 ceases to be a member of the Bowdre Township Board of Trustees, a vacancy in his office on the Board shall be deemed to have occurred, and such vacancy shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment.
