§ 301 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include within those limits the following described tract of land and the tract is annexed to the District. THE PARCEL THAT IS DESCRIBED AS THE EXCEPTION IN "TRINITY CREEKS, PHASE ONE," A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS THAT WAS RECORDED ON 13 JANUARY 2005 AS DOCUMENT 05 01339042 THAT IS SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH AND WEST LINES OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, THENCE SOUTH 89
