§ 303 — District enlarged

Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include the following described tracts of land and the tracts are annexed to the District. Parcel 1: The South 1102.0 Feet (excepting therefrom the South 70 Feet taken for highway purposes) of the West Half of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter (Excepting therefrom the East 400.0 Feet) in Section 20, Township 35 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. Parcel 2: The East One Acre of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 35 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian, (excepting from said tract of land the North 223.84 Feet and except the South 70 Feet of the above described property) all in Cook County, Illinois. Parcel 3: Lot 1 (except that part lying Northeasterly of a line extended from the North Line of Lot 1 aforesaid, 150 Feet east of the Northwest Corner thereof to the East Line of said Lot 1, 70 Feet North of the Southeast Corner thereof deeded to the County of Cook by Document Number 95851820) and Lot 2, 3, and 13 in Arthur T. McIntosh and Company's Crawford County Unit No. 1 in the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 35 North, Range 13 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois. In addition to the foregoing, the area extending to the far side of the Vollmer Road Right-Of-Way except for area currently within the corporate limits of Olympia Fields. Per 65 ILCS 5/7-1-1.
