§ 308 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
Upon August 3, 2015 (the effective date of Public Act 99-231), the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago are extended to include within those corporate limits the following described tracts of land and the tracts are hereby annexed to the District: Parcel 1: THAT PART OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, LYING EAST OF THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ELGIN, JOLIET AND EASTERN RAILROAD, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. Parcel 2: THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, (EXCEPT THEREFROM STRIP OFF THE WEST END THEREOF CONVEYED TO JERMIAH H. BROWNING BY DEED RECORDED SEPTEMBER 15TH 1859, AS DOCUMENT 2307
