§ 306 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include within those limits the following described tracts of land, and the tracts are annexed to the District: THAT PART OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 8; THENCE SOUTH 87 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 45 SECONDS WEST, 363.36 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED IN DEED DOCUMENT NO. 98779035 RECORDED SEPTEMBER 1, 1998, ALSO BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 44 MINUTES 05 SECONDS EAST, 981.56 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID PARCEL TO
