§ 304 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 95th General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include within those limits the following described tract of land and the tract is annexed to the District. THAT PART OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 32 AND OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 32: THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 33, FOR A DISTANCE OF 111.37 FEET TO A POINT IN THE EASTERLY LINE OF THE ELGIN, JOLIET AND EASTERN RAILWAY RIGHT OF WAY, FOR A PLACE OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 33 FOR A DISTANCE OF 1,208.29 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE SO
