§ 20-20 — Exclusive jurisdiction
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 5 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Act 5 ILCS 541/ Fort Sheridan Retrocession Law of 1992.
The exclusive jurisdiction hereby retroceded and the concurrent jurisdiction hereby ceded with the State of Illinois shall continue no longer than the United States of America owns the land described in Section 20-5.
