§ 20-15 — Notice of acceptance
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 5 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Act 5 ILCS 541/ Fort Sheridan Retrocession Law of 1992.
The Governor of the State of Illinois is hereby authorized to accept for the State the retrocession of exclusive legislative jurisdiction over the subject lands by the filing of a notice of acceptance with the Secretary of State, under and pursuant to the powers and authorities contained in the Statutes of Illinois.
