(was 20 ILCS 5/33) Sec. 5-705. Reports and notices after position or entity abolished or duties transferred. Whenever reports or notices are now required to be made or given or papers or documents furnished or served by any person to or upon any officer, board, commission, or institution or any deputy, inspector, or subordinate of any of those abolished by the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois or by any amendments to the Code, or whose duties with relation to the subject matter of those reports, notices, papers, or documents have, by the Code or any amendments to the Code, been transferred to another department, division, office, board, or other agency of the State government, the same shall be made, given, furnished, or served in the same manner to or upon the department, division, of
