§ 10-50 — Authority to adopt rules
The lead agency shall adopt rules under this Act. These rules shall reflect the intent of federal regulations adopted under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act of 2004 (Sections 1431 through 1444 of Title 20 of the United States Code).
