§ 10-25 — Services delivered by telehealth

An early intervention provider may deliver via telehealth any type of early intervention service outlined in subsection (e) of Section 10-15 to the extent of the early intervention provider's scope of practice as established in the provider's respective licensing Act consistent with the standards of care for in-person services. This Section shall not be construed to alter the scope of practice of any early intervention provider or authorize the delivery of early intervention services in a setting or in a manner not otherwise authorized by the laws of this State.
