(was 225 ILCS 65/20-130) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 70-130. Surrender of license. Upon revocation or suspension of any license, the licensee shall forthwith surrender the license to the Department and if the licensee fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the license.
