(was 225 ILCS 65/20-125) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 70-125. Restoration after suspension or revocation. At any time after the suspension or revocation of any license, the Department may restore it to the accused person unless, after an investigation and a hearing, the Department determines that restoration is not in the public interest.
