(was 225 ILCS 65/20-120) (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028) Sec. 70-120. Order of Secretary. An order regarding any disciplinary action or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Department and purporting to be signed by the Secretary, shall be prima facie evidence that:
(a)the signature is the genuine signature of the Secretary;
(b)the Secretary is duly appointed and qualified; and (c) the Board and the Board members are qualified to act.
