Text

Any State Mine Inspector who discovers that any section of this Act, or part thereof, is being neglected or violated, shall order immediate compliance therewith, and, in case of failure to comply shall have power to stop the operation of the mine or to remove any offending person or persons from the mine until the law is complied with.
