(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031) Sec. 4-11. Record of proceedings. The Department, at its expense, shall provide a certified shorthand reporter to take down the testimony and preserve a record of all proceedings at the hearing of any case wherein a license or a certificate of registration is revoked, suspended, placed on probationary status, reprimanded, fined, or subject to other disciplinary action authorized under this Act and any rules adopted pursuant to this Act. The notice of hearing, complaint and all other documents in the nature of pleadings and written motions filed in the proceedings, the transcript of testimony, the report of the Board and the orders of the Department shall be the record of such proceedings.
