(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031) Sec. 4-17. Restoration of license. At any time after the successful completion of a term of suspension or revocation of a license, the Department may restore it to the licensee, upon the written recommendation of the Board, unless the Board determines after an investigation and a hearing that restoration is not in the public interest.
