Each State Mine Inspector shall, within 60 days after December 31 of each year, prepare and forward to the Mining Board a formal report of his acts during the year in the discharge of his duties, with any recommendations as to legislation he may deem necessary on the subject of mining. He shall collect and tabulate, upon blanks furnished by the Mining Board, all desired statistics of mines and miners within his district, to accompany his annual report.
