(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2031) Sec. 4-4. Issuance of license. Whenever the provisions of this Act and any applicable rules have been complied with, the Department shall issue a license as a cosmetologist, esthetician, nail technician, hair braider, or barber, a license as a cosmetology, esthetics, nail technology, hair braiding, or barber teacher, or a license as a cosmetology clinic teacher as the case may be.
