(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2030) Sec. 23.12. Surrender of license or certificate. Upon the revocation or suspension of any certificate, the certificate holder shall forthwith surrender the certificate or certificates to the Department. If the certificate holder fails to do so, the Department shall have the right to seize the certificate.
