Group insurance policies issued and delivered in other State-Transactions in this State. With the exception of insurance transactions authorized under Sections 230.2 or 367.3 of this Code or transactions described under Section 352c, transactions in this State involving group legal, group life and group accident and health or blanket accident and health insurance or group annuities where the master policy of such groups was lawfully issued and delivered in, and under the laws of, a State in which the insurer was authorized to do an insurance business, to a group properly established pursuant to law or regulation, and where the policyholder is domiciled or otherwise has a bona fide situs.
