Text

Postponement of proceedings - Motions by unauthorized insurer. The Director, in any administrative proceeding in which service is made under Section 121-7, may order such postponement as may be necessary to afford the defendant reasonable opportunity to comply with Section 121-10 and to defend such action. Nothing in this Article prevents an unauthorized insurer from filing a motion to quash process or to set aside service thereof made under Section 121-7, on the ground that the unauthorized insurer has not done any of the acts enumerated in Section 121-3.
