Text

The Department is authorized to accept and expend federal monies in furtherance of this Act and to use funds appropriated under this Act for programs pending reimbursement from federal funds, except that the terms and conditions established under this Act, which are inconsistent with or prohibited by the federal authorization under which such monies are made available, shall not apply with respect to the expenditure of such monies.
