(was 20 ILCS 2105/60b) Sec. 2105-5. Definitions. In this Law: "Address of record" means the designated address recorded by the Department in the applicant's application file or the licensee's license file, as maintained by the Department's licensure maintenance unit. An address of record must be a street address, not a post office box or any other similar location. "Applicant" means an applicant for a license, certification, registration, permit, or other authority issued or conferred by the Department by virtue or authority of which the licensee has or claims the right to engage in a profession, trade, occupation, or operation of which the Department has jurisdiction. "Department" means the Division of Professional Regulation of the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Any
