§ 2105-125

(was 20 ILCS 2105/60h) Sec. 2105-125. Restoration of license. At any time after the successful completion of any term of suspension, revocation, placement on probationary status, or other disciplinary action taken by the Department with reference to any license, including payment of any fine, the Department may restore it to the licensee without examination, upon the written recommendation of the appropriate board.
