Text

Starting on the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 98th General Assembly, whenever the Department issues a license or certificate and the holder of the license or certificate is required to display it in his or her place of business, the Department shall provide a license or certificate that is printed without including the address of the licensee or certificate holder on the face of the license. Nothing in this Section affects any duty to display licenses or certificates in the place of business.
