§ 54-3410 — CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION
Confidentiality of communication between any person licensed under this chapter and client shall be privileged from disclosure as provided in section 9-203, Idaho Code, with the exception of the board review as provided in section 54-3404, Idaho Code.
