Idaho Code § 54-1001C (2026).

Text

The administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses may make electrical inspections within any city upon written request from the mayor or manager of such city. Such inspections shall be made in accordance with the local ordinance or building code. Service of the inspector shall be furnished at cost, such cost to be paid monthly to the administrator by the city requesting inspection service.
