§ 54-1002 — LICENSE ESSENTIAL TO ENGAGE IN BUSINESS — LICENSURE AUTHORITY EXCLUSIVE TO THE STATE

Idaho·Title 54 PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS, AND BUSINESSES·Ch. 10 ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS AND JOURNEYMEN
(1)It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, company, firm, association or corporation to act, or attempt to act, as an electrical contractor or limited electrical contractor in this state until such person, partnership, company, firm, association or corporation shall have received a license as an electrical contractor or limited electrical contractor, as defined in this chapter, issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter by the administrator of the division of occupational and professional licenses.
(2)It shall be unlawful for any person to act as a residential, journeyman, or master electrician in this state until such person shall have received a license as a residential, journeyman, or master electrician, as defined in this chapter, issued pursuant to the provisions of
