On the fourth Tuesday following the certification of their names the first commissioners shall meet at the office of the clerk of the Supreme Court and organize by the election of the following officers of the Idaho State Bar and its board of commissioners, namely: a president, a vice-president and a secretary. The commissioners first elected shall hold office for one (1), two (2) and three (3) years respectively and at the first meeting their terms shall be determined by lot. Their successors shall hold office for three (3) years and until the appointment of successors. After each appointment the board shall again select officers.
