Text
After a levee or drainage district operating a pumping plant shall have been established
and the improvement constructed and accepted, if it shall become apparent that the lands
can be more effectually drained, managed, or controlled by a division thereof, then the said
board or boards, or trustees, may, and if the district is divided by a stream, they shall, divide
the district.
