Text
Any party interested in the district or the improvement thereof may file objections to the
report made under section 468.101 and submit any evidence tending to show that the report
should not be accepted. Any interested party having a claim for damages arising out of the
construction of the improvement or repair shall file the claim with the board at or before the
time fixed for hearing on the completion of the contract, which claim shall not include any
claim for land taken for right-of-way or for severance of land.
