Text
When the roots of trees located within a highway obstruct the ditches or tile drains of such
highway, the board of supervisors shall remove such trees from highways, except shade or
ornamental trees adjacent to a dwelling house or other farm buildings or feedlots, or any tree
or trees for windbreaks upon cultivated lands consisting of sandy or other light soils.
