Text
Within thirty days after completion of notice, the auditor shall, acting jointly, prepare and
certify to the clerk of the district court a full and complete transcript of all proceedings had
in such case. The clerk of the district court shall thereupon docket the case and same shall
be triable in equity at any time after the expiration of twenty days thereafter.
