Text
When the establishment of a district, extending into two or more counties, is petitioned
for as provided in this part and one or more of such boards fails to take action thereon, the
petitioners may cause notice in writing to be served upon the chairperson of each board
demanding that action be taken upon the petition within twenty days from and after the
service of such notice.
