Text
The governing board of every drainage or levee district organized under the laws of this
state shall take notice of the district plan, and shall conform to the duly adopted rules, of
the soil and water conservation district or districts in which the drainage or levee district is
located. However, this section does not grant authority not otherwise granted by law to the
governing boards of drainage or levee districts.
