Theboardshallprovideadrainagerecordbook, whichshallbeinthecustodyoftheauditor,
who shall keep a full and complete record therein of all proceedings relating to drainage
districts, so arranged and indexed as to enable any proceedings relative to any particular
district to be examined readily.
