Text
When said commissioners are appointed, the board shall, by proper order, fix the time
when the commissioners shall report their findings, but a report filed within thirty days of
the time so fixed shall be deemed a compliance with said order. On the filing of said report,
the board shall fix a time for hearing thereon, and it shall give notice thereof to the auditor
of the county in which the land to be assessed for such work is located by certified mail; said
county auditor shall thereupon immediately notify by certified mail the board of supervisors,
and board or boards of trustees of the districts having supervision thereof, as to said hearing
