Text
Anauthorityshallhavethepowertoacquire,withinorwithoutthegeographicalboundaries
of the member municipalities, by purchase or eminent domain proceedings, either the fees or
such rights, title, interest, or easement in such lands and property, including but not limited
to air rights and avigation easements, as the authority may deem necessary for any of the
purposes of this chapter. The right of eminent domain herein conferred shall be exercised
by the authority in the manner provided by law, as though the authority were a municipal
corporation.
