Text
1.Any municipality, airport commission, authority, or person may, and they are hereby
authorized to sell, lease, lend, grant, or convey to the authority, any aviation facilities or any
part or parts thereof, or any interest in real or personal property, which are within or without
geographical boundaries of one or more of the municipal members and which may be used
by an authority in the construction, improvement, maintenance, leasing, or operation of any
aviation facilities. Any municipality, airport commission, authority, or person is additionally
authorized hereby to transfer, assign, and set over to an authority any contract or contracts
