Text
1.The performance provisions within the charter school contract shall be based on a
performance framework adopted by the state board that clearly sets forth the academic and
operational performance indicators, measures, and metrics that will guide the evaluation of
the charter school by the state board, without compromising individual student privacy. The
performance framework shall include but is not limited to indicators, measures, and metrics
for all of the following:
a.Student academic proficiency.
b.Student academic growth.
c.Achievement gaps in both proficiency and growth between specified populations or
