Text
1.It is the policy of this state to encourage and enable persons who are blind or partially
blind and persons with disabilities to participate fully in the social and economic life of the
state and to engage in remunerative employment.
2.To encourage participation by persons with disabilities, it is the policy of this state to
ensure compliance with federal requirements concerning persons with disabilities.
